How best should I look after my furniture?
Avoid placing your furniture under direct sunlight and/or near radiators. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and occasionally polish with furniture wax to retain sheen and for a longer lifespan
How are the furniture items packaged for delivery?
Our fully enhanced packaging is mostly recyclable. Products are carefully wrapped in thick Kraft paper and then placed between protective edges and corners within its own heavy duty box. Legs and hardware are wrapped separately within the box to avoid them damaging the product
Do the furniture items require assembling?
Only very minor assembly! Most of the pieces with feet/legs require them to be reattached on arrival - they are removed so to reduce the box size for shipping purposes and to also reduce the possibility of transit damage. Its really very easy and all hardware and instructions will be included in the box. If you ever need any further instruction we are always happy to help!
