UK DELIVERY - Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK, regardless of value.

IRELAND - Furniture delivery (not including home accessories) to Ireland is now charged at £45 per furniture item due to increased courier charges post Brexit - this includes all duties & taxes, there will be no extra ro pay on delivery. Please select Ireland from the dropdown menu in the shipping area of the checkout. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - We are able to ship most of our items worldwide, please get in touch for a delivery quote using our contact page. 

All furniture is shipped direct from our suppliers warehouses using either DHL, Parcelforce & specialist furniture couriers Kinetic Logistics for larger items. The courier will contact you direct via text or email with delivery date & time slot. You will be able to amend this date to an alternate day if not convenient.

Please leave your phone number at the checkout so that you can receive delivery notifications from the courier.

HOMEWARE - Homeware is packaged & shipped direct from our studio in Cardigan using high quality recycled and recyclable eco packaging. We use Royal Mail & Hermes / Parcelforce for larger parcels.

Any homeware bought as a gift can be gift wrapped for free & sent direct to your recipient with a personalised note - please add any requirements to your order notes at checkout.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days subject to stock.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the delivery of your item. 

If for any reason the item/s ordered are out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible and given an estimated delivery date for your order. If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you can do this up until the order is marked as dispatched. 

DAMAGES - Please check your products carefully when they arrive keeping the original packaging in tact. Very occasionally an item can become damaged in transit. 

In the rare event that this happens please report this to us as soon as possible and within 24 hours so that we can organise a replacement for you. Please email us at [email protected] attaching your order number which you will receive on your order confirmation email and photos of the defected item. 

Please do not send any returns back to us without prior approval.
